As you enter the main level, you'll find a spacious living area featuring a flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements and an arcade game for entertainment. Adjacent to the living area is a charming dining space that seats six, ideal for sharing meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the essentials, making meal preparation a breeze. Additionally, this floor has a convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities. A highlight of the main level is the screened-in deck, complete with a relaxing hot tub.

The top floor features a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV for entertainment. This room offers privacy and comfort, complete with its own private bathroom and a delightful deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

The bottom floor of the townhouse features a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level, ensuring everyone's comfort. For added convenience, a kitchenette is available. The bottom floor also boasts a deck with a gas grill, perfect for barbecues and outdoor dining.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
