Welcome to our exquisite vacation rental, a three-level townhouse cabin located in the picturesque Golf View Resort in Pigeon Forge. This cabin is designed to provide an abundance of amenities and comforts, ensuring a memorable stay for you and your loved ones.

On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space and an arcade game for some fun entertainment. Adjacent to the living room, the charming dining area comfortably seats six, making it ideal for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. This floor also has a convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities. A highlight of the main floor is the screened-in deck, where you can unwind in the inviting hot tub.

The top floor boasts a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. This private retreat includes a private bathroom and a delightful deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking in the views.

On the bottom floor, you'll find a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, along with a kitchenette for added convenience. The bottom floor also features a deck with a gas grill, ideal for hosting barbecues and enjoying outdoor dining.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
