As you enter the main floor, you'll find a spacious living area complete with a flat-screen TV and a warm gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The living room also features a sleeper sofa for extra guests and an arcade game for some entertainment. Next to the living area is a charming dining room that seats six, ideal for enjoying meals together.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. A convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities is also located on this floor. One of the highlights is the screened-in deck, where you can relax in the inviting hot tub.

The top floor hosts a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV, providing a private and comfortable space. This room includes its own private bathroom and a lovely deck, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view.

The bottom floor features a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level, along with a kitchenette for added convenience. The bottom floor also offers a deck with a gas grill, ideal for barbecuing and enjoying the fresh air.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
