Welcome to our exquisite vacation rental, a three-level townhouse cabin located in the picturesque Golf View Resort in Pigeon Forge. This cabin is packed with amenities and comforts, ensuring an unforgettable stay for you and your family.

As you step onto the main floor, you're welcomed by a spacious living area complete with a flat-screen TV and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for those relaxing evenings. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space and an arcade game for some added fun. Adjacent to the living room is a charming dining area that comfortably seats six, perfect for family meals.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare your favorite meals. A convenient half bathroom with laundry facilities is also located on this floor. One of the main highlights is the screened-in deck, where you can relax in the inviting hot tub and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The top floor features a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV, providing a private and comfortable retreat. This bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and a lovely deck where you can savor your morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise.

On the bottom floor, you'll find a spacious studio-style bedroom with two King beds and a cozy Queen bed, accommodating up to six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, ensuring everyone's comfort. There's also a kitchenette available for added convenience. The bottom floor boasts a deck with a gas grill, perfect for barbecues and enjoying the outdoors.

As a guest at the Golf View Resort, you'll have access to fantastic amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a sauna, and a grilling area for outdoor cooking.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
